Our Academy goal is to maintain a proper Coach-to-Player ratio and that each member receives the highest attention from our coaches.
We understand there may be situations your child is unable to attend their scheduled class. If this occurs, please provide at least 5 hours written notice via email (5starsocceracademy@gmail.com). We can offer a make-up session on a day the academy selects. Make-up classes are subject to availability, are not guaranteed, and must be made up within 2 weeks of the missed class. Make-ups will not be granted outside this period and cannot be transferred to a new season.
🛑 Attendees may not show up to a practice unannounced and the academy reserves the right to ask the unannounced attendee to not participate in the class.
⚠️ There is a maximum of 2 make up classes per season with 8+ classes per child, so long as there is written notice. For seasons with 7 or less classes, there is a maximum of 1 make up class.
❌ We do not offer make up or refunds for previously missed classes.
This policy helps us manage sessions effectively and continue to deliver high-quality coaching to all participants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We prioritize the safety and wellbeing of our players while ensuring they have ample opportunities for practice and development. We will not cancel classes due to rain ✅🌧️
✖️⛈️⚡ In the instance where lightning is forecasted, we will cancel and reschedule the class for a new day.
📣 Notifications regarding class cancellation will be communicated at least 5 hours via email prior to allow players and families time to adjust their schedules accordingly.

All attendees must complete a new registration for each season and before attending any classes, regardless of past participation. This helps us maintain accurate records and allows our coaches to plan safe and efficient sessions.
🔔 We encourage all participants to register before the season begins through our current season registration page.
Late registrations may be accepted after the season has started, depending on space availability. Please note that in such cases, the season fee will be calculated at a higher per-class rate rather than prorated. For late registrations, please contact us for spacing availability and pricing.
- 04
All new participants who have never played with the academy before will be required to pay a one-time new member registration fee ($150). Once paid, you will not need to re-pay this fee again for the entire duration your child is with the academy.
The registration includes a customize uniform (jersey top, shorts, and socks) and a soccer ball. The player will be required to bring their soccer ball and wear the uniform to all practices.
👕 Customized uniforms will include a name on the back with a 1- or 2-digit number.
⚽️ Soccer ball will be size 3 or 4 and depends on age. Please write your child's name on the ball to help differentiate from other balls during practice.
If your child outgrows their uniform or needs a new soccer ball, please visit the shop page 🛒 to make a new purchase.

All academy players receive a custom uniform and soccer ball as a part of their initial registration with 5 Star Soccer Academy.
Players are required to wear their 5 Star Soccer Academy uniform to each practice. If your child has outgrown their uniform, a replacement can be purchased through our website.
Each player must bring their own soccer ball to class. While we have a limited number of balls available to borrow, we will not have enough for every player.

We can offer a $30 trial class to see if your child likes the program. This amount can be rolled into the final registration costs if you choose to register for the remaining of the season.
Please fill out the registration form for the day you want to try and add a comment "trial class" to the form. We will contact you to confirm your trial registration.

Please visit our schedule page for the most current practice location and times.
Each registration form clearly states the practice days you have registered for.

At 5 Star Soccer Academy, soccer is more than a game. We are committed to creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where every player feels welcome, respected, and encouraged to grow both on and off the field.
🎯 Our Policy
We have zero-tolerance for bullying. Bullying of any kind by players, parents, or coaches will not be accepted under any circumstances.
🚫 What is bullying?
Bullying includes any behavior meant to hurt, intimidate, embarrass, or exclude another person. This can happen in many ways.
Physical bullying: hitting, pushing, kicking, unwanted physical contact, or playing rough to cause harm.
Verbal bullying: name-calling, teasing, yelling, threatening, or making mean jokes.
Social bullying: spreading rumors, excluding someone on purpose, or encouraging others to be mean.
Cyberbullying: using phones or online platforms to send mean messages or posts.
🏆 Expectations for all players
Every player is expected to
Be kind and respectful to teammates, opponents, coaches, and referees.
Include others and help everyone feel like part of the team.
Speak up if you see bullying - tell a coach or parent.
⚠️ If bullying happens
We take reports of bullying seriously. If a 5 Star Academy member is found to be bullying, these steps will be taken:
Warning and conversation: coaches and staff will speak with the players and parents.
Temporary suspension: The player may be asked to sit out of practices or games.
Removal from the academy: continued bullying or severe incidents may result in permanent dismissal.
👪 Families
We ask all families to support this policy by encouraging respectful behavior, reporting concerns, and helping children understand the importance of kindness to those around them and teamwork.
📣 Let's work together to make sure all players can enjoy, grow, and play in a safe and supportive space.

We believe that youth soccer should be fun, encouraging, and focused on growth for players, coaches, referees, and families alike. To ensure a positive environment for all, we kindly ask all parents and spectators to follow these important guidelines when attending games:
📣 Cheer, Don't Coach
Let the coaches do the coaching. Encourage your child and their teammates with positive cheers and refrain from giving instructions from the sidelines.
📍 Stay in Designated Areas
Please remain on the sidelines and off the field unless invited by a coach or staff member. Do not approach coaches or players during the game.
🏁 Respect the Referees
Mistakes happen! Please remember that referees (especially youth refs) are doing their best. Please, no yelling at or confronting officials. You may raise your concerns to the Academy privately and respectfully.
👏 Honor All Players & Support the Team
Never boo, heckle, or single out any child for criticism. Win or lose, it's about learning and growing. Encourage team spirit and celebrate effort from all players, not just your own child.
🦸 Be a Role Model & Keep It Cool
Show respect through your words and actions. Our children watch how adults behave so let's teach them sportsmanship by example. Heated conversations or confrontations with others will not be tolerated. Take concerns to the Academy privately and respectfully.
🛑 Violation of these rules may lead to:
Verbal warning
Being asked to leave the field
Suspension from attending future games
In severe or repeated cases, removal of your child from the program
